Disable the Scoreboard (Teacher)

Edited

The class scoreboard ranks your students on speed and on time spent typing. Turning it off, or back on, is one checkbox in Class Settings.

Pro-Tip: the same checkbox exists for one student at a time. Open that student's Student Settings, go to Advanced Options and look under Features.

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal here.

Step 2: Click Classes in the left-hand menu, then open the class.

Step 3: Click Class Settings.

Step 4: Open the Advanced Options tab.

Step 5: Scroll to Features and tick Enable Class Scoreboard to turn it on, or clear it to turn it off. Then click Save All Changes.

This controls what your students see: the Class Scoreboard on the class line above their lesson list, with its Fastest and Most Active boards. Your own Scoreboard tab inside the class is a separate page and stays available either way.

Either scoreboard can be shown for This Week or Last Week, and both reset on Sunday.

That's it - the scoreboard is now off, or on, for the whole class.
