Delete Your Account (Teacher)

Thinking about deleting your Typing.com teacher account? We're here to guide you through the process with ease and clarity. Just follow these simple steps to permanently remove your account. Remember, your classes must be empty before you can delete your account, so be sure to unlink or delete your students first.

Pro-Tip: Deleting your account is permanent. There is no undoing it.

Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.

Step 2: Hover over your name in the top right corner, then click Account.

Pro-Tip: Clicking your name goes straight to My Account Settings without opening the menu.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of My Account Settings, to the section headed Permanently Delete Account, and click the red Delete My Account button.

Step 4: A window headed Permanently Delete Account opens. Type (1) the word CONFIRM into the Confirm box, then click (2) OK. To back out instead, click Cancel.
