Reports on Student Progress (Teacher)
Typing.com has different types of reports that focus on particular sections of the program. They are easy to understand and use, with settings you can modify to answer what you want to know. They give you anything from a general idea of progress across the semester and up to specific details on performance on a given date.
Below, you'll find where to obtain this information and a brief explanation of the different reports available for you to run from your Reports page
Pro-Tip:The reports do not count any unfinished or failed attempts on the part of the students.
Let’s get started.
Step 1: Log in to your Teacher Portal HERE.
Step 2: Click on Reports
Step 3: Select one of the reports you wish to view.
Step 4: (1) The Graph / Table toggle changes how the report is displayed. (2) Save Report stars the report with the filters you have applied and pins it to the top of the Reports page, so one click takes you back to exactly that view; it stays grayed out until you have set a filter, and starring it a second time removes the saved copy. (3) Filter narrows the report by things such as class, students, units and lessons, or a date range - what you can filter on depends on the report.
Pro-Tip: Switch to the Table view and two more controls appear - (1) Print and (2) Export.
The Reports page groups twelve reports under five headings.
